Responsibilities
Qualify inbound leads through call, video, and in office visits
Walk customers through bill analysis, system sizing, and subsidy eligibility
Build proposals that are technically sound and financially honest
Hand off cleanly to the design and operations teams
Own your funnel: pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, and conversion
What were looking for
1+ year in consultative B2C sales - solar, real estate, insurance, or premium home category
Numerate enough to defend a payback calculation on the spot
Drives a car or two-wheeler; willing to do site visits across Delhi NCR
Listens more than they talk
Comfortable telling a customer their roof is not suitable when it is not
