Key Responsibilities
Design and develop innovative lighting solutions that meet customer and market demands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lighting solutions into existing products.
Conduct feasibility studies and prototype development for new lighting technologies.
Ensure all lighting products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for recent product development.
Optimize lighting designs for energy efficiency and sustainability.
Manage and lead projects from conception to market release.
Provide technical support and training to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and update technical documentation for all lighting products.
Support sales and marketing teams with technical insights and product specifications.
Qualification Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in lighting design or a similar technical role.
Proven track record of developing and launching innovative lighting products.
