Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer to drive in office project execution. This role focuses heavily on-site wiring, panel commissioning, managing technical documentation, and serving as the primary technical point of contact for the client at our Shilphata site.

Key Responsibilities
Site Wiring & Execution: Oversee and execute end-to-end electrical wiring, cabling, and termination activities according to project schematics and safety standards.
Panel Commissioning: Lead the on-site installation, testing, troubleshooting, and final commissioning of electrical control panels.
Project Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain all electrical-related project documentation, including as-built drawings, testing reports, inspection checklists, and final handover documents.
Client Communication: Act as the in office technical liaison. Address client queries, provide explicit project updates,



manage expectations, and ensure alignment on technical requirements.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant industry codes, site-specific safety guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure materials are delivered on time and technical roadblocks are resolved quickly.

Qualifications & Skills
B.E. / B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
3 to 5 years of proven field experience focusing on electrical site execution and panel commissioning.
Solid ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical drawings, SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), and control schematics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of effective client-facing interactions.
Solid organizational skills with dedicated attention to maintaining accurate technical project records.
