We are looking for a highly motivated Event & Activation Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of brand activations, experiential campaigns, corporate events, and marketing programs.

The role involves working closely with the strategy, production and client servicing teams to ensure seamless event delivery and high-quality execution.

Role & responsibilities
Assist in planning and execution of brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns, and corporate events.
Coordinate with internal teams for creative, production and operations requirements
Coordinate with vendors, production teams, artists and technical teams
Support event planning, timelines and logistics management
Conduct venue recce and vendor sourcing




Ensure smooth on-ground execution during events
Manage event checklists, timelines and coordination sheets
Support the team in client servicing and event reporting
Assist in post-event documentation and reporting

Required Skills:
Basic understanding of event management and brand activations
Valuable verbal and written communication skills
Vendor coordination and negotiation skills
Problem-solving and multitasking ability
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and or PR experience
Valuable Knowledge of - MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
