(Officer to Sr. Executive) - Formulation IPR:
Performing patent/prior-art searches and preparing IP landscape reports.
Preparing response to office action / oppositions / objections by patent offices across the globe.
Communicating with attorneys and ensuring timely patent prosecution submissions.
Performing patentability and FTO (freedom to operate) analysis for formulation.
Performing patent infringement analysis of formulations and providing IP clearance to F&D; team
Providing preliminary IP status for countries of interest.
Tracking current publication and update the same to stakeholders.
Tracking and maintaining patent prosecution sheet.
Updating and maintaining file records.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
