Recruitment of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager-Dealing.
Ensuring specific number of employees in the team.
Retention of Team Members.
Meeting Clients along with Team Members so that the team members are develop confidence resulting in higher revenue.
Assist team members Cross-sell the Wealth Product to the HNI Clients.
