Having 3 - 8 years of Maintenance Domain experience in the Automotive/Motor Manufacturing Industry with B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronical or Mechatronics / D.M.E

What you ll do at Aditya:
Carry out maintenance of fully automated production lines and motor manufacturing machines (PMDC motor line).
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
Support installation, commissioning, and parameterization of recent machines and utilities.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure timely reporting.
Ensure optimal performance of utilities (compressors, chillers, HVAC, DG, etc.).
Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for smooth operations.
Implement safety measures and compliance with statutory requirements.

Knowledge in Fully automated line maintenance (Assembly & testing lines)
Maintenance of motor manufacturing machines (PMDC motor line)
Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & problem-solving techniques implementation

You bring to Aditya
Knowledge of PLCs, drives, robotics & automation systems
Solid knowledge in utilities maintenance (Compressors, Chillers, DG, HVAC, etc.)
TPM, Kaizen, 5S implementation
Preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance practices implementation
Familiarity with IATF and VDA maintenance documentation
