Role Overview

We are looking for Business Development Executives to generate leads, develop customer relationships and support business growth across rail, road and multimodal logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads across assigned Telangana–Andhra catchments.
Develop business for rail, road, warehousing and multimodal cargo.
Convert leads into customer meetings, site visits, proposals and business agreements.
Prepare rate proposals, landed-cost comparisons and techno-commercial offers.
Manage relationships with Railways, CONCOR, ports, shipping lines, PSUs and corporate customers.
Coordinate customer visits, trial rakes and operational requirements.
Maintain CRM, BD pipeline, MIS and monthly business forecasts.
Track freight rates, competitor tariffs and relevant Railway policy updates.
Support customer follow-ups, collections and service issue resolution.
Travel extensively across the SCR territory for business development.

Qualification & Experience




Graduate / MBA preferred.
2–5 years of experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or industrial sales.
Freshers with a robust MBA record may be considered for one position.
Fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English is essential.
Valuable Excel, communication, sales and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.Role & responsibilities
