Role & responsibilities
Minimum 10 - 20 Years of Experience into Real Estate
Supervise internal/external finishing works including plaster, flooring, tiling, painting and waterproofing.
Ensure workmanship, line/level, approved materials and mock-up standards are maintained.
Coordinate MEP and finishing agencies, track snags and drive timely closure towards handover readiness.
