Roles and Responsibilities
Manage patient care, ensuring timely discharge from ER to IPD/OPD.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff members to ensure smooth functioning of the emergency department.
Ensure effective communication among team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of patient admissions, treatments, and discharges.
Monitor patient flow and identify areas for improvement in the ER process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Robust skills in Bed Management, Floor Management, Patient Care.
Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergencies.
