CTC: Up to ₹22,000 - ₹28,000 per month, based on skills and experience

About the Role:
CHKOKKO is looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure smooth store functioning.
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
Handle sales, customer interactions, billing, inventory, and stock management.
Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement, and product availability.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Manage and promote the store’s Instagram/social media account and support basic digital marketing activities.
Use technology-driven tools and systems for store management, reporting, inventory, and sales tracking.




Prepare regular sales and store performance reports.
Ensure proper coordination with management and other teams.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
Experience in garments, textiles, apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail will be preferred.
Solid knowledge of store operations, sales, inventory, and customer handling.
Experience handling Instagram/social media accounts is preferred.
Comfortable using technology and digital tools for day-to-day store operations.
Target-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused.
Ability to independently manage the store.

Salary & Benefits : CTC up to ₹22,000 - ₹28,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
