D3 Logistiks is looking for an experienced SLP Loss Manager to manage Pan-India Security & Loss Prevention operations for the Flipkart vertical.

Working Days: Monday to Friday | 5 Days Working

Reporting To: SLP Head / Business Head

Role Overview

The SLP Loss Manager will be responsible for managing loss prevention, fraud investigations, recovery, audits, risk assessments, COD monitoring, compliance, Health & Safety audits, and implementation of client SOPs across Flipkart LMA sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Pan-India SLP operations, including audits, loss prevention and control activities.

- Conduct fraud investigations and recovery related to Wish Master and Delivery Associate cases.

- Monitor COD deposition for 74 hubs and ensure timely recovery of pending amounts.

- Conduct scheduled and surprise hub audits to identify operational gaps and ensure SOP compliance.

- Investigate COD discrepancies, shipment manipulation, theft, fraud and policy violations.

- Monitor Background Verification (BGV) for new joiners and ensure timely closure.

- Reconcile debit notes and loss reports with the Director and Accounts team.

- Conduct monthly loss review meetings with State teams and track corrective and preventive actions.





- Identify operational risks and implement loss prevention measures and process improvements.

- Conduct training on client SOPs, loss prevention, fraud awareness and compliance.

- Conduct site risk assessments for newly opened hubs across India.

- Conduct Health & Safety audits and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.

- Prepare and maintain loss, recovery, audit, investigation and compliance MIS.

- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance and client teams for effective resolution of critical issues.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have relevant experience in Security & Loss Prevention, retail or logistics loss control, fraud investigation, audits, operational risk or related functions.

The ideal candidate should have robust analytical, investigation, reporting, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills, along with hands-on experience in COD reconciliation, recovery, incident management, MIS and Excel-based reporting.
