Role & responsibilities
Perform routine culture of mammalian adherent cell lines under aseptic conditions.
Monitor cell morphology, viability, and growth characteristics.
Passage cells at appropriate confluency levels to ensure healthy cultures.
Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results.
Hands-on experience with mammalian adherent cell culture (e.g., MRC5,Vero, HEK293,or primary cell line(CEF) ).
Familiarity with aseptic techniques, biosafety cabinets, and CO incubators.
Experience with large-scale adherent culture systems (T 75, T175 roller bottles, Cell stacks/ Cell factories ).
Knowledge of cryopreservation and cell banking.
Exposure to bioreactor-based adherent culture or microcarrier systems.
