Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP qualified with robust functional and testing expertise across key ERP modules. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Core ERP implementations, integration testing, and business process validation across Finance, Accounting, Performance Management, Human Capital Management, and Regulatory Reporting domains.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and test cases.
Perform end-to-end testing across ERP modules and integrated applications.
Validate financial accounting processes involving GL and Accounting Hub.
Review and test EPM processes including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
Validate HR and workforce management processes within HCM.
Execute and support OFSAA reporting and regulatory reporting validations.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams during project execution.
Identify, track, and resolve defects through the testing lifecycle.
Support SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Production Validation activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Required Experience
Solid hands-on experience in Core ERP modules.
Proven experience working in General Ledger (GL) and Accounting Hub implementations/testing.
Good understanding of Enterprise Procurement Management (EPM) processes.
Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
Hands-on exposure to OFSAA Reporting and financial/regulatory reporting.
Experience in ERP integrations and end-to-end business process validation.
Ability to interact with business users and senior stakeholders.
