ElyteSys Private Limited is looking for a Field Hardware Service Engineer – Fresher to join our technical support team in Chennai.

Responsibilities:
Visit customer locations for IT hardware service and support.
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and other IT hardware.
Install and configure Windows and basic software.
Handle RAM, SSD, HDD, motherboard, display and battery replacement.
Provide basic networking and peripheral support.
Maintain service reports and update job status.
Coordinate professionally with customers and the office team.

Requirements:
Freshers are welcome.
Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA in Computer, IT, Electronics or related fields.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations in Chennai.
