India Learns is looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Faculty Member for Logistics & Human Resources (HR) to join our academic team.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom sessions in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Human Resource Management
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies and practical learning activities
Explain concepts using relevant industry examples and real-world scenarios
Conduct assignments, assessments and student evaluations
Mentor students and support their academic and career development
Maintain academic records and complete course documentation
Participate in academic activities, workshops and student-development programmes
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery

Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, MBA, or a related discipline
Teaching/training or relevant industry experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to make classes practical, interactive and industry-oriented
Fresh candidates with robust subject knowledge and presentation skills may also be considered
