Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for retail sales, stock, and distribution.
Track sales performance vs targets across channels, regions, and SKUs.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and aging.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
Automate MIS reports using Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to management.

Collections & Receivables:
Track outstanding receivables across distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
Coordinate with sales teams for follow-ups on overdue payments.
Prepare and share aging reports (debtor analysis) on a regular basis.
Highlight high-risk or delayed accounts to management.
Reconcile customer ledgers in coordination with the finance team.
Support in resolving billing discrepancies and disputes to enable collections.

Coordination & Controls:
Work closely with sales, finance,



and supply chain teams for data validation and closure.
Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in MIS and collection cycles.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
2–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts roles
Exposure to FMCG / Retail / Distribution business preferred
Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations & accounting basics
Hands-on experience in Excel reporting and MIS dashboards
Valuable coordination skills with Sales, Finance & Supply Chain teams

We are looking for a Finance Executive with solid commercial understanding and experience handling Sales MIS, distributor coordination, and compliance-related activities. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
