Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Meet customers, give product demos, and explain pricing and finance options.
Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to closing and documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain positive customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
Ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales
Bike is mandatory for travelling within the assigned territory.
Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable with regular field visits.
Valuable customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
