Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, technical specifications, and contract requirements for Substation and T&D; projects.
Prepare techno-commercial bids for AIS/GIS Substations, Transmission Lines, and Distribution Network projects.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, and Project teams during bid preparation.
Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimation, bid costing, and pricing analysis.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare techno-commercial comparisons and vendor evaluations.
Identify project risks, bid exclusions, qualifications, and commercial deviations.
Prepare compliance matrices, bid bonds, tender checklists, and submission documents.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, client discussions, and site visits.
Support contract finalization and smooth handover of awarded projects to execution teams.
