Role & responsibilities
GST Audit & Compliance Documentation
Prepare and maintain comprehensive GST audit documentation.
Ensure all financial records are accurate, updated, and fully compliant with current statutory requirements.
Coordinate effectively with external auditors for timely, error-free submission of GST returns.
Cash Flow Monitoring & Forecasting
Track and report daily cash flow metrics to ensure sufficient operational liquidity.
Assist the finance management team in forecasting and planning future cash requirements for the business.
Odoo ERP Implementation Support
Play an active support role in the deployment of the Odoo ERP system.
Manage accurate data entry and foundational system configuration specifically for the accounts team.




Ensure deadlines are met for a smooth and timely system implementation.
Banking Operations & Reconciliations
Process daily bank payments and receipt entries accurately within the accounting system.
Document all banking transactions properly and perform rigorous reconciliations against physical bank statements.
Bank Position Management
Monitor, analyze, and report the daily bank position.
Ensure funds are effectively allocated and managed to fulfill the companys daily operational needs.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: B. Com , M. Com, BAF
Technical Skills: Robust understanding of GST laws, manual/systematic bank reconciliation, and general ledger operations.
System Knowledge: Prior exposure to Odoo ERP implementation or usage is highly preferred (experience with Tally ERP or similar systems is a plus).
Core Competencies: Analytical thinking, high precision in data entry, timely task execution, and solid communication skills for auditor coordination.
