Daily plan production activities based on project schedule.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams
Analyse fabrication processes (cutting, welding, forming, assembly)
Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams.
Plan outsource processing as per drawing requirements.
Ensure safety practices and PPE usage on the shop floor.
Skills required 1. Should have knowledge of dryers, evaporators, reactors, conveyors, heat exchangers, VLS, column, TBD etc.
Robust knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, rolling, machining)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems ( Optional )
