We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should be a with robust knowledge of AutoCAD, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, quotations, and material calculations for interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Study and understand architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Read and interpret interior project BOQs accurately.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for interior fit-out projects.
Perform material quantity take-offs and material calculations based on project drawings.
Analyze project requirements and estimate labor, material, and other project costs.
Coordinate with procurement and project teams for pricing and cost validation.
Maintain estimation records and ensure timely submission of quotations.
Support project planning by providing accurate cost and quantity information.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in estimation, quantity surveying, or cost estimation (freshers with relevant skills may also apply).
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of interior fit-out projects and BOQ preparation.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
Ability to visualize and interpret technical drawings.
Proficiency in MS Excel and cost calculation methods.

Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
