Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders.
Promote and sell building material products to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Visit construction sites, dealers, and customer locations regularly.
Generate recent leads and convert them into sales.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders and payments.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor competitor activities, market prices, and customer requirements.




Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on sales activities.
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.

Candidate Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in building materials / construction materials sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for customer and site visits.
Knowledge of local dealers, contractors, builders, and construction markets will be an advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
