Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: 3–6 Years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct theory and practical training in Fitter Fabrication.
Provide hands-on training in fabrication, fitting, cutting, drilling, grinding and assembly.
Train candidates in MIG/TIG/arc welding, measurement and marking techniques.
Demonstrate the use of hand tools, power tools and fabrication equipment.
Train candidates on engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances and basic fabrication calculations.
Explain material identification, welding joints, fit-up and quality inspection.
Ensure proper adherence to workplace safety and PPE practices.
Conduct practical assessments and maintain trainee performance records.
Maintain attendance, daily training reports and other required documentation.
Required Skills:
Solid practical knowledge of Mechanical/Fabrication work.
Valuable understanding of welding, fitting, fabrication and workshop practices.
Ability to deliver effective practical demonstrations and classroom sessions.
Good communication and trainee-handling skills.
ToT certification will be preferred.
Experience in Skill Development/Training Projects will be an added advantage.
