Role & responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow
Oversee patient billing, package accounting, advances, refunds and collections
Manage B2B invoicing, credit terms, ageing follow-up and partner revenue-share settlements
Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis by service line
Support pricing and package design through cost-per-session and margin analysis
Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Skilled Tax and income tax compliance
Manage payroll inputs and consultant/therapist payouts and incentives
Build internal controls to prevent revenue leakage and billing errors
Coordinate with auditors and external CA/tax consultants
Lead and train the accounts and billing team

Preferred candidate profile
CA-Inter,



M.Com in Finance, or MBA in Finance
Proficiency in accounting principles and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including audit support and internal controls implementation and so on.
Hands-on experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools.
Experience working in healthcare, rehabilitation, or other service-oriented organizations have preference.
Ability to work in office in Thiruvananthapuram and other locations as per business requirement and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
