We are looking robust NBFC accounting and financial reporting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounting operations, reconciliations, and month-end closures.
Prepare financial statements, MIS, and management reports as per Ind AS, RBI, and Companies Act requirements.
Handle RBI regulatory reporting, NPA classification, provisioning, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
Coordinate statutory, internal, tax audits, and RBI inspections.
Maintain solid financial controls and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Requirements:
Solid knowledge of Ind AS, RBI norms, taxation, and regulatory reporting.
Experience in lending/financial services preferred.
Proficiency in SAP/Tally/Oracle and advanced Excel.
