We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Officer to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and expand the company’s market presence through field visits and direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and potential clients regularly.
Identify new sales prospects and generate leads.
Promote and explain company products/services to customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, orders, and payments.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and field visit reports.
Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in field sales preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Robust customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
