We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and sales operations. This role involves coordinating sales backend team , assisting the sales team, managing leads, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. It is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in marketing & B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Coordinate creation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, emailers, and social media posts
Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign trackers
Support website, landing page, and email marketing content updates

Sales Coordination
Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and CRM updates
Prepare sales proposals, pitch decks, quotations, and basic reports
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client communications
Track inquiries, conversions,



and sales performance metrics

Coordination & Operations
Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and creative teams
Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and sales support documents
Maintain records of bills, documentation, and internal reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Robust communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes
Positive organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office/ zoho CRM
Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
