Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial planning.

Monitor daily sales, POS reconciliation, revenue and expenses.

Track food cost, inventory, wastage and overall operational costs.

Prepare monthly P&L;, MIS, cash flow and management reports.

Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.

Manage payroll accounting and vendor/customer reconciliations.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants and statutory authorities.

Implement financial controls, SOPs and cost-control measures.

Lead and manage the finance/accounts team.

Requirements

B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter or equivalent.

6+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in Hospitality/F&B.;

Robust knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, MIS and Excel.

Experience with ERP/accounting software.

Robust analytical, financial planning and team-management skills.
