Manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Monitor cash flow, income, expenses, and investments.
Ensure accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
Develop budgets and control costs to improve profitability.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls.
Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.
