Role - Export Geography Product Onboarding Manager
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented skilled to join our team as an Assistant
Manager – Export Geography Product Onboarding. The role involves managing export documentation, product onboarding, regulatory compliance, and coordination across international markets for FMCG products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end export product onboarding for international geographies.
Handle export documentation including dispatch requirements, shipping documentation,
customs compliance, and country-specific regulatory requirements.
Coordinate product registration activities across export markets and ensure timely
approvals.
Work closely with regulatory, supply chain, packaging, quality, and commercial teams to
ensure smooth product launches.
Ensure compliance with local certifications, labeling norms, and import/export
regulations for respective countries.
Track and maintain documentation related to product approvals, certifications, and
export records.
Liaise with external agencies, certification bodies, and distributors for product
registration and onboarding activities.
Monitor changing international compliance requirements and support implementation
across markets.
Support launch timelines by ensuring all onboarding and regulatory requirements are
completed within defined timelines. Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in cosmetic product compliance and export regulations will be highly
preferred.
Solid understanding of international product registration and export processes across
multiple geographies.
Experience working with Indian FMCG brands handling exports.
4–5 years of experience in a similar export onboarding / regulatory / international
compliance role.
Strong exposure to Export documentation, Dispatch and shipping compliance, Product
registration, Local certification requirements
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Robust attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
Candidates with global certifications in product registration, regulatory approvals, or
export compliance will be preferred.
