We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, generating recent business opportunities, explaining products/services, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers and potential clients regularly for business development.
Generate current leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain daily sales and customer visit reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / B2B Sales / Retail Sales preferred.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with regular field visits.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/mandatory as per role.
