We are looking for an experienced Executive – R&D; with hands-on experience in chemical research, product development, and laboratory activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct R&D; experiments, trials, and laboratory analysis for chemical products.
Support current product development, process improvement, and product optimization.
Perform laboratory testing and maintain accurate experimental records and reports.
Analyze results and prepare technical reports and documentation.
Support scale-up trials and process development from laboratory to plant level.
Conduct raw material, intermediate, and finished product testing as required.
Follow SOPs,
laboratory safety, chemical handling, and EHS guidelines.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, QC, and Process teams for trials and improvements.
Maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals, samples, and R&D; documentation.
Support cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
