Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily showroom floor operations and customer flow
Lead and guide sales consultants handling gold and diamond jewellery
Personally manage VIP clients, repeat customers, and sales escalations
Ensure accurate communication of gold weight, diamond quality, pricing, and making charges
Maintain luxury service standards, staff grooming, and showroom presentation
Monitor jewellery handling, display, inventory movement, and strict security protocols
Support billing accuracy, documentation, and compliance standards
