Identify current clients and generation leads.
Execute and close deals relating to Rentals & Resale’s.
Handle legal & other documentation pertaining to the same.
Maintaining profitable relationship with clients.
Understanding the client’s requirements and suggesting properties to suit the same.
Recording customer information (both requirements and availability) in MS Excel & C4C.
Recording all the rental & resale transaction completed by the individual.
Communication with customer and understand the query and offer solution.
Accompany customers and present the available property.
Prepare profile of the property – Presentation (PPT).
Attending to all the leads assigned by the back end team.
Account the property transaction and updating the same to the reporting manager.
To carry out all other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager.
