We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to manage day-to-day sales floor operations, lead the retail team, and drive sales and customer conversions. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in organised jewellery retail and a good understanding of jewellery collections that perform well in the Kerala market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the sales floor and a team of 8–10 staff.
Drive the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Monitor customer engagement and improve sales conversion.
Train, groom and guide staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
Conduct and support marketing and in-store promotional activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth floor operations.
Understand customer preferences and identify rapid-moving jewellery collections.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance.
Requirements
Degree is mandatory.
4–5 years of jewellery retail experience.
Candidates from Kalyan, Bhima, Malabar or other organised/structured jewellery retailers are preferred.
Solid knowledge of jewellery retail and collections that sell well in Kerala.
Good leadership, customer handling and team-management skills.
Added Advantage: Strong communication skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
