Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in the restaurant and other F&B; areas.

Set up tables, restaurant areas and outdoor dining spaces before service.

Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and assist guests with their selections.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar team.

Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.

Ensure timely clearing and resetting of tables.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, restaurant, lawn, poolside and other assigned F&B; areas.

Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service.

Check food presentation and ensure orders are served as requested.

Handle guest requests, feedback and basic complaints politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.

Assist with breakfast service, buffet setup and other resort events.

Assist in setting up and serving during private functions, bonfires, parties and special events.

Maintain proper stock of cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins and other service items.

Follow food safety,



hygiene and grooming standards.

Assist with billing and POS operations where required.

Maintain proper handling and storage of F&B; equipment and service items.

Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure smooth guest service.

Follow resort SOPs and all instructions issued by the F&B; Supervisor or Management.

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant or hospitality environment.

Valuable knowledge of restaurant service and basic F&B; operations.

Positive communication and guest-handling skills.

Presentable, well-groomed and courteous personality.

Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage items is preferred.

POS/billing experience will be an advantage.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Willingness to work versatile shifts, weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
