Field Service Engineer – SM Laser Technology Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot and maintain laser marking, welding, cleaning and cutting machines at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine installation, commissioning and customer training.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and laser-related issues.
Preventive maintenance and breakdown service.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Prepare service reports and update CRM after every visit.
Support machine trials, demos and technical discussions.
Coordinate with Production, Service and Sales teams.
Travel to customer sites as required.

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics. 1–4 years of field-service experience in industrial machinery/automation preferred. Valuable troubleshooting, communication and customer-handling skills required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
