Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive – ES Facilitation to coordinate and support Enterprise Solutions business, including corporate, government, institutional, and bulk orders. The role involves order processing, fulfilment, delivery, billing, documentation, and payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate orders from requirement confirmation to delivery, billing, and payment closure.
Liaise with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Branches, Vendors, and Customers.
Track stock, dispatch, delivery, installation, billing, and payment status.
Maintain order records, trackers, MIS, and pending-action reports.
Ensure quotations, POs, invoices, delivery documents, and acknowledgements are complete.
Follow up on pending orders, delayed deliveries, billing issues, and outstanding payments.
Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, documentation, and billing.
Support GeM/e-Tender and institutional business activities, where applicable.
Prepare regular MIS reports and escalate critical issues to management.




Provide operational and administrative support to the Business Head – Enterprise Solutions.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA/B.Com preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, order management, business operations, or customer support.
B2B/corporate sales, government/institutional business, GeM/e-Tender, or electronics industry experience is an advantage.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems.
Solid communication, coordination, follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a rapid-paced environment.
