Lead Design Engineer - OpenBMC Firmware Location/Division: Intelligent Infrastructure, Bengaluru, India How will you make an impact? As an OpenBMC Firmware Lead Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, debugging, and verification of OpenBMC firmware solutions for server and storage platforms.



You will provide technical leadership across the firmware development lifecycle, from requirements definition and architecture design to implementation, validation, and release. This position requires a self-motivated engineering leader who can collaborate effectively with customers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality firmware solutions. The successful candidate will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, mitigate project risks, and ensure timely execution of development milestones.
