Business Development Executive – Semi-Government Bank
Location: Tonk, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Kekri, Alwar
Job Type: Full-Time | Branch + Field Sales
Industry: Banking / Insurance / Financial Services
Job Role:

- Handle walk-in customers at the bank branch.

- Promote and explain health insurance products.

- Generate new business through field visits and local outreach.

- Follow up with leads and customers and support deal closures.

- Achieve assigned sales targets.

- Maintain strong customer relationships.

Note: This is a Branch + Field Sales role requiring regular travel across assigned zones.
Requirements

- Graduate / 3-Year Diploma / B. Voc

- Passing Year: 2021–2025

- Age: 18–27 years

- Freshers can apply.

- Good communication skills in English and local languages.

- Comfortable with Branch + Field Sales and regular travel.

- Comfortable working in day shifts as per bank holidays.

LLB / CA / Doctors / B. Ed / Integrated Courses
Candidates with active PF accounts
Apprentices with active contracts
Candidates outside the eligible passing-year range
