Role & responsibilities
Financial Analysis: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports to support executive decision-making.
Prudent Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving strategies to enhance operational efficiency without compromising quality.
Profit Maximization: Develop and execute strategies aimed at maximizing company profitability.
Optimization of Fund Inflows & Outflows: Monitor and establish systems for daily tracking of fund inflows and outflows, with proper reporting and documentation.
Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Oversee inventory systems and stock management, and coordinate the purchase and transportation of materials and products.
FinTech & Process Optimization: Identify and integrate suitable financial technologies to improve financial processes, efficiency and controls.
Financial Controls: Establish and maintain robust financial controls to ensure the integrity, accuracy and transparency of financial information.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements relating to Finance, Accounts, Taxation, GST, TDS, payroll-related compliances and other applicable laws. Ensure timely filing of returns, payments, maintenance of records and coordination with statutory authorities, consultants and auditors as required.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and MS Excel.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
