We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented FMCG Sales Executive to develop sales, manage retailers/distributors, and expand market presence. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, acquiring recent customers, maintaining existing relationships, and ensuring product availability in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other potential customers regularly.
Generate new leads and develop new retail outlets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Take product orders and ensure timely follow-up and delivery.
Increase product visibility and distribution in the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.
Implement promotional activities and company sales schemes.
Ensure proper product display and merchandising at retail outlets.
Collect market feedback and report it to the sales manager.
Maintain daily sales and visit reports.
Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
Work closely with distributors and the internal sales team.
Required Skills

Valuable knowledge of the local market.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp and mobile applications.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
