Finacle L2 Support Engineer

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 (L2) support to the Bank's IT team and end users for the Finacle 10.x application.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve custom as well as product-related issues with robust debugging expertise.
Deliver backend and frontend support across CRM, Accounts (SB, CA, CC, OD, LA), Loans, and Advances modules.
Identify and classify issues as data-related, product-related, or customization-related, and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure all incidents and service requests are addressed and closed within defined SLA timelines.
Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent resolutions within Finacle modules.
Publish and communicate daily ticket status reports to stakeholders.
Handle minor customization enhancements and fixes within the Finacle setting.
Demonstrate solid understanding of Finacle services, architecture, and application environment.
Generate reports and extract data using SQL based on business and operational requirements.
Perform EOD/BOD support activities, including log analysis, error troubleshooting, and issue resolution.




Share daily EOD/BOD status and checklist updates with relevant stakeholders.
Provide support for EOD/BOD batch processing and financial year-end activities.
Manage and support customized modules and enhancements within the Finacle ecosystem.
Resolve issues related to NEFT, RTGS, and other payment processing channels.
Provide backend support for operational and business queries.
Analyze and monitor delivery channel logs, including ATM and FI integrations, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
Work in rotational shifts and provide support during critical business operations.
Support Trade Finance processes and related application issues.
