Education: CA or MBA
Candidate Expectations:
15+ years of experience in F&A; Domain Functional SPOC with domain and tech expertise with focus in F&A; Strong domain knowledge having extensively worked in Finance Controllers/ CFO s office in middle management role Capability to conceptualize Finance and Accounting Point Solutions, Automation Solutions & AI based solutions Robust understanding of F&A; tools and workflow solutions like BlackLine, Highradius, Coupa, Adaptive Insights etc.
Ability to liaise extensively with IT development team and ensure the development of world class F&A; Solutions
As a Domain expert - Lead client conversations with senior stakeholders from Fortune 1000 clients on topics around F&A; Benchmarking, latest trends in the industry, Maturity Road Maps, Automation, AI, Analytics etc .
Detailed :
Lead providing solutions in RFP s/current client pursuits and articulate the Tech solution,
approach and methodology Conceptualize and design Next Gen F&A; Technology Solutions with focus on - Point Solutions, Automation and AI
Oversee the development of such solutions by providing guidance and feedback to the technical team
Handle the solution life cycle IP rights, Solution Road maps, oversee Implementation hygiene etc.
Perform Gap Analysis of F&A; Practice Offerings and identify solution development prospects Craft solutions for Proposals (RFI / RFP) comprising tech levers of Point Solutions, AI and Automation Anchor key discussions with the clients around F&A; Solutions, Technology, ERP gaps, AI, Automation etc.
