Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR to manage the complete employee lifecycle for a business division of approximately 250 employees. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling, HR operations, and exit management. (Recruitment and Operations)

Preferred candidate profile
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and negotiate offers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
Drive employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR compliance activities.
Conduct exit interviews and manage employee separation processes.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and MIS.
