Core Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Supervising restaurant, banquet, and kitchen staff to ensure, productive, high-quality service.
Inventory & Cost Control: Managing stock levels, conducting inventory audits, and managing costs to maintain profitability.
Customer Experience: Ensuring high guest satisfaction by monitoring dining areas, addressing complaints, and setting service standards.
Staff Management: Training, scheduling, and motivating team members.

Key Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Knowledge: Understanding of F&B; trends, food safety protocols, and beverages (spirits, wines).




Skills: Robust communication, leadership, and analytical skills for cost control.
