Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and target-driven Executive / Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition with experience in US Healthcare Recruitment and Bulk Hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across US healthcare support functions such as RCM, AR Calling, Billing, Claims, and related operations roles.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment for US Healthcare positions.
Conduct HR screening, communication assessment, salary fitment, and shift readiness checks.
Drive hiring for RCM, AR Calling, and Claims roles.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social platforms.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for volume hiring requirements.
Utilize Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing strategies.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with hiring managers and operations teams to understand hiring needs.
Provide recruitment updates, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.




Support project ramp-ups and mass hiring initiatives.

Bulk Hiring & Recruitment Drives
Plan and execute walk-in drives, virtual hiring events, and bulk hiring campaigns.
Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Improve hiring turnaround time and joining ratios.

Compliance & Onboarding
Coordinate offer rollout, onboarding, and pre-joining formalities.
Ensure compliance with organizational hiring processes and documentation standards.
Maintain accurate records in ATS/HRMS systems.

Required Skills
1 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with focus on US Healthcare hiring.
Robust exposure to bulk/volume hiring settings.
Knowledge of RCM, AR Calling, and Claims processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Experience using ATS tools, job portals, and sourcing platforms.
