Faade Design Engineer Louvers / Architectural Metal Systems
Purpose of the Role To develop and detail louver, ceiling, screen, and related architectural metal systems while supporting customized louver requirements and future-ready system detailing.
Prepare detailed drawings and assemblies for louvers and other architectural metal products.
Support custom-order louver design and development.
Work on fixing systems, spans, mounting details, brackets, and installation requirements.
Develop practical and manufacturable design solutions.
Coordinate with testing, production, prototype, and other technical teams.
Review and refine designs based on testing, production feedback, and installation requirements.
Maintain proper drawing, documentation, and revision control.

Required Skill Set
Understanding of sheet metal and aluminium profiles
Basic knowledge of faade detailing
Fixing and bracket detailing
AutoCAD / CAD drawing skills
Understanding of tolerances and assemblies
Positive structural understanding and practical engineering sense
Awareness of weather exposure and installation requirements
Understanding of fabrication and manufacturability
STAAD.Pro knowledge will be preferred
