Job Responsibilities – Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance)
Identify and resolve machine breakdown issues quickly (troubleshooting & repair)
Be present in office for continuous monitoring of machinery
Prepare and follow preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
Maintain records of spare parts, tools, and maintenance equipment
Identify root causes of breakdowns and implement measures to prevent recurrence
Coordinate with machine operators and the production team to minimize downtime
Follow safety standards and company SOPs
Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and downtime data
Be available for shift duty or emergency calls as required
Support installation and commissioning of current equipment
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in mechanical maintenance / machine breakdown handling Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering,ITI (typical requirement — let me know if yours differs)
